Agreement Acceptance
By booking interior design consultation services or purchasing physical design materials through CocoaO.pro (operated by Cocoa Ornament LLC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. A service confirmation email or order receipt (sent post-payment) serves as official acceptance of this agreement.
Billing Terms
- One-Time Service Model: All design consultations, custom project plans, and physical materials (e.g., fabric swatch kits, printed mood boards) are single, non-recurring purchases. No subscription fees, automatic renewals, or ongoing charges apply unless explicitly outlined in a separate written contract.
- Pricing Clarity: Initial consultation fees start at $199 (USD). For custom projects (e.g., full-home design, commercial space planning), final quotes are provided after a preliminary client briefing (via email or phone) and require your written approval before work begins.
- Billing Description: Charges on your payment card or bank statement will be labeled CocoaO.pro for easy identification.
Checkout Requirements
To complete your service booking or material purchase, you must:
- Check the mandatory checkbox stating: “I have read, understood, and agree to Cocoa Ornament LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.”

Service Deliverables
- Digital Design Work: Concepts, 3D renderings, mood boards, and shopping lists are delivered via email within 7–14 business days of booking (custom timelines for large projects will be specified in your quote).
- Physical Materials: Swatch kits, printed floor plans, and decor samples ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Revisions: Standard consultation packages include 2 free rounds of revisions for digital deliverables; additional changes incur a $75/hour fee (prorated for partial hours).
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, renderings, custom plans, and proprietary materials created by Cocoa Ornament LLC remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, you gain exclusive, non-commercial usage rights to the deliverables for your booked project. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale of our design work is prohibited.
Cancellations
- For scheduled consultations: Cancel with 48+ hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment incur a $50 rescheduling/cancellation fee.
- For custom projects: If work has not started, cancellations are eligible for a full refund. If work is in progress, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of completed deliverables.
Limitation of Liability
Cocoa Ornament LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., costs of furniture purchases, contractor delays, or changes to your project scope) arising from the use of our services. Our total liability per claim is capped at the total amount paid for the specific service or material purchase.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes between you and Cocoa Ornament LLC will be resolved in King County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
